Notice: Because the museum is on a secured Coast Guard base, you must follow these procedures to enter the museum: Call the
museum at the phone number below, prior to your visit. Give them the names of all persons who will be visiting. The museum will contact the guard shack on S Massachusetts St., which is the
entrance. Anyone not on the roster will be refused access. All persons need ID. If you wish to park on base, you will need car registration and proof of insurance.
